I am not one who is innately comfortable putting their life out on social media; however, I have always had this sincere desire to make the world a more beautiful place for all. I sincerely believe in striving to leave things better off than when I found them. I see no reason why I should not apply this to the earth that made my existence possible and all of us that have been fortunate enough to find ourselves conscious on it. Many of our fellow humans around the globe are in need of a voice, the same is to be said here at home in the United States. Although it may make me uncomfortable, I feel the desire to be that voice.

When I first set out to start Silly Sapiens (the TV Show), it was to talk about these issues, as well as share the facts and my personal beliefs, all with the hopes of starting a conversation. I feel if we lose our ability to talk to one another, open-mindedly, we may never be able to solve the many dilemmas we face right now.

I named the show Silly Sapiens because at the end of the day I found it quite silly that us homo sapiens, which have been evolving for 200,000 years, still cannot realize we are all one. All the walls we put up to try and divide us are only to entertain our tribal instincts. Yes, we may come from different cultures, which have evolved over time, but at the end of the day, we’re all homo sapiens. We must learn to break down the barriers we have built between us and come together for the betterment of all. We may look different, think different, or believe different but at the end of the day we are all Homo Sapiens, and each of us has something to offer humanity, even if it’s just for others to learn what not to do from. When we work together, humankind always takes a significant step forward.

I tried my best to achieve this with Silly Sapiens, but realized that I can do much more with just focusing on YouTube and not producing a whole TV Show.
